Problem
The challenge was striking the balance between maintaining a structured, scalable system and allowing the flexibility needed to support diverse design engagements. This required close collaboration with product teams to ensure solutions aligned with their evolving strategies.
Design solution
To balance consistency with adaptability, I designed the system with modular, reusable components supported by clear usage guidelines. To support this, I developed strategic frameworks that optimised design processes, making it easier for teams to adopt, contribute to, and scale the system efficiently.
